Shipping Options
We make sure your orders are shipped to the address you provide or the nearest post office. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left, letting you know where to collect your parcel.
For standard airmail, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, though tracking is not available. Orders over £160 qualify for free shipping. If you prefer a faster option, EMS Express delivers within 3 to 8 working days and includes full tracking. This service is also free for orders over £160.
Keep in mind that customs clearance can sometimes affect delivery times, leading to possible delays—or in some cases, an even quicker arrival.

As soon as your order with HFS Pharmacy is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email—if it doesn’t appear in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. Our team works hard to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Return Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Happy Family Store. If something isn’t right—whether your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you requested—let us know, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Our goal is to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition, without any hassle.
If your order gets damaged during shipping, we’ll take care of it and get a new one sent out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to strict safety regulations, we aren’t able to accept returns on medications.
